'ONE TOWER', located in the Ramat Gan Stock Exchange complex, rises 36 stories and is considered a groundbreaking tower that constitutes an architectural landmark in the skyline of the business complex.

ROOMS ONE TOWER – An office and workspace complex spanning 3 floors in one of the most iconic buildings in the Dan Bloc.
4,500 square meters of quality work experience: a diverse selection of offices - from workstations, executive offices to the possibility of occupying an entire floor. The work areas are modular and can be adapted to the company's needs.
ROOMS members will be able to enjoy a Wellness complex with a fully equipped gym and a lounge for entertaining. This time we took the design several levels higher, using natural materials, Costume Made design items and a spectacular art collection.
In the tower you can enjoy a bustling trading floor, a lobby, a cafe, and a huge, well-kept garden that spreads over 1,000 meters.
The building was built in green construction according to the American standard – LEED, which includes the use of green building materials and reduced air pollution. In addition to all this, the building is wrapped in curtain walls that allow for effective thermal insulation and smart and economical use of the air conditioning systems.
The light rail line is located 450 meters from the complex, and those coming from afar will be able to enjoy the proximity to the heavy rail, located near the stock exchange complex.
In addition, the building's parking lot features charging stations for electric vehicles, a comprehensive service for bicycles and scooters with a unique lift, an inflation station, and designated parking.
