The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team at ROOMS and drive business growth across our Sharon Area locations.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong internal motivation, a proactive mindset, the ability to learn quickly, and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment filled with opportunities for growth and impact.


Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage the entire sales cycle, from handling inbound leads and conducting meetings to negotiating and closing deals.

✔️ Proactively generate new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.

✔️ Lead commercial and contractual negotiations through to deal closure.

✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, brokers, and business partners across a wide range of organizations.

✔️ Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, client tours across ROOMS locations, and professional presentations of our workspace solutions.

✔️ Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously while collaborating with various internal stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

✔️ Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements


✔️ 2+ years of sales experience – required.

✔️ Experience in face-to-face sales, client meetings, and relationship management – required.

✔️ Previous B2B sales experience – an advantage.

✔️ Strong internal motivation, ambition, and a results-driven mindset.

✔️ High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to succeed and grow.

✔️ Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment.

✔️ Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

✔️ Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

✔️ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing abilities.

✔️ Professional presence and the ability to represent the ROOMS brand with confidence and credibility.

✔️ Ability to overcome objections and turn challenges into business opportunities.

✔️ Eagerness to ramp up quickly, learn the business, and begin driving results from the early stages of the role.

✔️ Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
