The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and independent Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of roles within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey, and delivering a professional and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Write and create professional and engaging job descriptions.
- Publish job openings across various recruitment channels and relevant platforms.
- Screen and review resumes and applications.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-depth behavioral interviews.
- Prepare professional candidate evaluations and present recommendations to hiring managers.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure accurate tracking within the ATS.
- Lead employee training and development initiatives, including onboarding programs and organizational training activities.
- Take ownership of employee well-being initiatives, employee experience programs, and organizational culture activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support based on departmental and organizational needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience conducting phone screenings and in-depth interviews.
- Experience working closely with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently drive processes forward.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of service orientation and attention to detail.
- Experience leading employee well-being, training, onboarding, or employee experience initiatives – a significant advantage.
