The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and independent Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of roles within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey, and delivering a professional and exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Write and create professional and engaging job descriptions.
  • Publish job openings across various recruitment channels and relevant platforms.
  • Screen and review resumes and applications.
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-depth behavioral interviews.
  • Prepare professional candidate evaluations and present recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure accurate tracking within the ATS.
  • Lead employee training and development initiatives, including onboarding programs and organizational training activities.
  • Take ownership of employee well-being initiatives, employee experience programs, and organizational culture activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support based on departmental and organizational needs.

Requirements


  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Experience conducting phone screenings and in-depth interviews.
  • Experience working closely with hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently drive processes forward.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading employee well-being, training, onboarding, or employee experience initiatives – a significant advantage.
