About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Implementer to take a key in-house role, owning the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce across the organization.

This role includes full system ownership, close day-to-day work with business users across multiple departments, translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions, and supporting the ongoing operations of a dynamic, non-technical organization.

The role reports to the Business Technology Lead and works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the Salesforce system across the organization
  • Implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of business processes within Salesforce
  • Ongoing collaboration with business users — gathering requirements, supporting daily usage, and resolving issues
  • Handling bugs, tickets, and user requests, including ongoing system maintenance
  • Building and maintaining Flows, automations, permissions, fields, and reports
  • Implementing and improving sales processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Opportunities, and pipeline management, in close collaboration with sales teams
  • Building and maintaining system solutions using Salesforce Flows, automations, and Low-Code tools as part of continuous process improvement
  • Leading Salesforce enhancements and implementations from requirements through go-live
  • Supporting integrations with external systems, working with vendors as needed
  • Training new users and supporting Salesforce adoption across the organization
  • Improving user experience and ensuring effective system usage

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands on experience working with Salesforce in Administrator / Implementer roles, including ongoing work with business users, system maintenance, and process implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, automations, permissions, and reports
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate needs into scalable system solutions
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and high sense of ownership
  • Good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Salesforce certifications — an advantag
