The Opportunity
Weโre looking for a Digital Manager โ a strategic thinker and hands-on doer โ to elevate ROOMSโ digital presence to the next level.
This is a unique opportunity to lead all digital marketing activities of one of Israelโs most exciting lifestyle brands, from strategy to measurable impact.

What Youโll Do
๐น Lead Digital Strategy: Build and execute a holistic digital marketing plan across all touchpoints (SEO, PPC, social, content, automation, and more).
๐น Performance & Analytics: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms โ analyzing data to drive results.
๐น Digital Assets Ownership: Oversee and improve the website, landing pages, and conversion funnels (UX/UI, CRO).
๐น Budget & Vendors: Manage budgets, agencies, and suppliers to ensure top creative and performance standards.
๐น Innovation: Identify new tools, trends, and technologies โ bringing fresh ideas that enhance ROOMSโ digital ecosystem.
๐น Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align digital initiatives with brand and business goals.
Requirements
What Weโre Looking For
โ 2โ3 years of experience managing digital marketing or performance campaigns end-to-end.
โ Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and SEO.
โ Hands-on experience with WordPress and managing web content.
โ Analytical mindset โ able to translate data into actionable insights.
โ Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.
โ Team player with curiosity, creativity, and a โcan-doโ attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have:
โจ Experience in real estate, coworking, or hospitality industries.
โจ Background in a leading advertising agency.
โจ Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.
โจ Experience working in a multi-branch or global environment.
