About the Role
We are looking for an Accounting Specialist (Bookkeeping Level 1/2) to cover a maternity leave in our finance team.
This role is ideal for someone organized, responsible, and collaborative, who enjoys working with invoices, financial records, and internal stakeholders in a professional and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices
- Creating and managing supplier records in the system
- Maintaining accounting records and supporting monthly reporting
- Coordinating with internal teams across the company
Requirements
Requirements
- Bookkeeping Certificate Level 1/2
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Office and Excel
- Experience with Priority system – significant advantage
- Good English skills – advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organization, responsibility, and team-oriented
