The Opportunity
Weโre looking for an Occasional Sales Manager โ a proactive, results-driven professional โ to grow ROOMSโ revenue from occasional clients and events.
This is a unique opportunity to lead all aspects of event sales, from generating leads and closing deals to developing new event products and packages, while ensuring a seamless experience across our exceptional spaces.
What Youโll Do
๐น Sales & Lead Generation: Manage incoming leads (+18 per lead/event/venue), conduct tours, close complex deals, and proactively create new opportunities.
โก Note from Management: Emphasis on increasing outgoing leads โ proactive action is key. Creating new leads, not just managing incoming ones (unlike a call center that only receives leads).
๐น Product Development: Design new event packages (e.g., productive office solutions, event bundles) and contribute to marketing initiatives.
๐น Client Relationships: Establish and maintain VIP relationships with returning clients and nurture new partnerships.
๐น Operational Excellence: Prepare quotes, contracts, and data entries; supervise event execution on-site including setup, client meetings, and catering.
๐น Finance Collaboration: Work closely with Finance on billing, monthly reconciliations, and onboarding large clients as vendors.
๐น Proactive Outreach: Identify potential clients in surrounding areas, connect with production companies, HR teams, and previous clients; maintain partnerships with real estate agencies.
Requirements
What Weโre Looking For
โ Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or coworking.
โ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
โ Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
โ Results-driven and proactive mindset.
โ Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Bonus Points If You Have:
โจ Experience in event management, coworking, or hospitality industries.
โจ Background in client-facing sales roles with complex deals.
โจ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
