The Opportunity:

ROOMS is looking for an Facilities & Operations Leadโ€“ a strategic, hands-on leader to drive operational and facilities excellence across our nationwide network. This includes managing maintenance and building systems, leading on-site facility projects, working closely with suppliers and handyman teams, supporting new location openings, and constantly improving processes and tools. If you combine a field-driven mindset with a sharp operational approach โ€“ this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ”น Manage and optimize day-to-day operations and maintenance across all ROOMS locations

๐Ÿ”น Oversee facility infrastructure: cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, safety, furniture, repairs

๐Ÿ”น Manage suppliers and service providers: handyman teams, technicians, logistics, and equipment vendors

๐Ÿ”น Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and service standards are met

๐Ÿ”น Support opening of new locations โ€“ from setup coordination to systems installation

๐Ÿ”น Oversee inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations

๐Ÿ”น Lead operational improvement projects: upgrades, maintenance plans, cost-saving initiatives

๐Ÿ”น Support tech tools implementation: member app, printers, communication systems

๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with cross-functional teams โ€“ community, IT, design, and procurement

Requirements

Requirements:

โœ… 2+ years of hands-on experience in operations and facilities roles (commercial or hospitality preferred)

โœ… Strong understanding of building maintenance and service provider coordination

โœ… Experience working with handyman teams, technicians, or facility management companies

โœ… Project management skills โ€“ ability to lead small-medium facility upgrades end-to-end

โœ… Tech orientation โ€“ comfortable working with digital tools and systems

โœ… Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized

โœ… Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
