About the Opportunity
As we develop our short-term client segment, weโre looking for a service-oriented, organized, and communicative Sales Center Representative to join our new centralized sales hub (planned to operate from our HQ). Youโll be responsible for handling incoming leads, managing quick and digital sales processes, and working closely with on-site sales teams. This is a junior-level role with long-term growth potential within the company.
Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming leads for short-term services โ meeting rooms, daily offices, and more
Independently manage quick and digital sales using our internal booking platform
Refer complex inquiries (e.g. long-term rentals, events, courses) to local sales managers
Track and manage lead pipelines in collaboration with the sales and events teams
Work with performance reports โ lead volume, conversion rates, response time, and more

Full availability: SundayโThursday, 09:00โ18:00
Strong communication and sales skills โ verbal clarity and service focus
High level of organization โ managing multiple spaces and leads simultaneously
Comfortable with digital systems and online booking platforms
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reservations โ an advantage
Motivated, responsible, and eager to grow within the company
